The staff communication updates, professionalism and friendliness were good. The owner does an outstanding job as he manages and drives the shop. The front office has always been customer focused. | The technicians at Airport Exxon are AMAZING! I had a flat on the side of the road in my new car and Pete and his team were able to plug my tire so I could drive the same day, then they took care of contacting my warranty department to get me in a new tire within a few days. The technicians are very knowledgeable, kind, and got me back on the road in no time. The shop is located in a busy area so if you have to wait for repairs, there?s plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance to keep you busy until your car is ready. All the techs are certified, thoroughly trained and professional. I was recommended to Airport Exxon by my mother who had been going there for years and now I see why! Great place!! |
